Each Webinar is based around a specific theme. In this way we can keep the individual events to a timescale that should enable anyone to take part within intruding significantly into their working day. We try to keep to time the presentations so that you can listen while have your coffee and sandwich!
The normal format would include a 15 to 20 minute presentation on the theme for the day, followed by 10 to 15 minutes of interactive discussion led by the audience.
Our aim for each Webinar is to provide a convenient, informative and enjoyable platform for HR professionals with an interest in the provision of 360 Feedback. We deliberately keep the audiences small to enable everyone to contribute (should they wish), since this can provide an opportunity for discussion often missing from larger audiences.
Should you decide that you would like to take part in one of our seminars, then we will send you a reminder a couple of days before the event to ask for your confirmation. The only thing we ask is that if you cannot make an event please give us plenty of warning so that we can offer the position to someone who can contribute.
No, each event is too short and general in nature to be useful as a training course. The webinars may well give you good pointers as to what to look for from a 360 Feedback process. There are plenty of 360 training programmes around (we also run our own), but they are normally associated with the particular system or consultancy providing the 360 process.
No-body is forced to contribute, although of course it is encouraged. We try to keep a mix of experience for each event, and to match the event to the profile of the those attending.
About as interactive as you like! The great thing about having such a small audience is that we can run each session to suit those taking part. The style is more in line with a group meeting than a training course.
No is the simple answer to this question. When you log onto the link for an event a short script runs in your PC to enable you to take part in the webinar. Some users with high security settings may be see a window asking if they wish to proceed.
Our primary aim is to provide a knowledgeable discussion platform for 360 Feedback related issues. In general all Webinars are generic in nature, and we seldom make reference to CR360° within a presentation. The great thing about the webinar format is that if you don't think that you are getting any value from the experience, you simply put the phone down and 10 seconds later you are back at work!
It can vary between 20 and 30 minutes, and very occasionally may extend to 40 minutes. This depends entirely on the level of discussion among the audience. We aim to keep the presentation part to between 15 and 20 minutes maximum.
We make no charge whatsoever for Webinars. The only cost to you is the cost of the telephone call to take part in the event, which is an 0870 BT standard national rate call. The supplier of the webinar software takes a percentage of the calling fee.
