    Although CR360 is a high tech ‘virtual’ application, real people operate it. It is also a very powerful and extremely customiseable product, we try to ensure that all new users of the system gain the best possible experience in the least possible time. A few minutes talking with one of our customer support specialists will enable us to direct you exactly where you wish to go and may save hours of time.
  • Who is behind the CR360.com?
    A team of technicians who have, for the last eight years, been supplying feedback services to HR consultants. Our first solutions were based on ‘snail mail’ hand written questionnaires and Excel spreadsheets. We have been constantly learning, adapting and improving the service ever since.
  • Are you HR Consultants?
    No, we provide our service as a tool that enables HR consultants to administer 360 projects. If you require any consultancy support we can direct you to one of our affilitates or work happily with your chosen consultants.
  • Can I have a CR360 trial without obligation?
    Yes, a full functionality trial is available, through to production of a report. In the first instance, register your interest in a free trial at FreeTrial. We will then contact your organisation to provide login details.
  • Is any training required prior to using the system?
    It depends. If you wish to manage the 360 project yourself then we would certainly recommend attending one of our courses, particularly if you wish to customise the process (which nearly everyone does in some way. We do not offer support to organisations that wish to use the application in house, but do not wish to invest in training. However, you can also leave the project entirely in our hands if you wish, which also negates any need for training.
  • What support should I expect to receive whilst using CR360?
    We offer a full range of support packages, tailored to suit your organisations individual needs:
